These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CareVillage platform (the “Service”), provided by CareVillage Support Networks LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or participating in CareVillage-hosted Zoom meetings or consultations, you agree to these Terms in full.

CareVillage provides online tools to connect caregivers with trained group leaders, support staff, and other resources. Access to some parts of the Service may require you to register and provide accurate, complete information.
You agree to:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
Not interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks
Participation in support consultations or onboarding meetings may involve the use of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (“Zoom”). By joining a CareVillage Zoom meeting, you acknowledge that:
Your name and email address may be shared with Zoom solely to facilitate meeting participation
You are responsible for your own internet connection, device setup, and access to Zoom
Meetings may not be recorded or redistributed without written permission
CareVillage is a safe space for support and connection. By using the platform, you agree to:
Treat all participants with respect and dignity
Not harass, threaten, or abuse others
Refrain from sharing or soliciting personal medical advice
Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
All content on the CareVillage platform — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, branding, and software — is the property of CareVillage Support Networks LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
CareVillage integrates third-party services such as Zoom, Resend, and Supabase. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or functionality of these services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms of service.
CareVillage does not provide medical advice. The Service is intended for informational and emotional support purposes only. You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareVillage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, NY.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
